Retrospective permission secured for Extension in Conservation Area

Unaware of flats not having permitted development rights, work on a ground floor extension had progressed to the point where the Enforcement Officer was alerted to the case and we were called in!  Summer holidays, out of the country or not,  our Associate Planner and Part II Architect prepared the submission with efficiency and speed. 

And thanks to BHCC who determined this case well ahead of the statutory 8-week time-frame, allowing the owner and family to enjoy their extended home and beautifully extended kitchen with relief.
