Although based down on the coast, we have been busy with projects in different parts of the country - from Brighton to Bournemouth to various parts of Kent, London and Leicestershire! Working with the clients' local architect Louise, Eimear on planning and heritage, and Oliver on visualisations, we have put together a quality design for a new dwelling in a Leicestershire village conservation area.
We are hoping members will agree with the Officer's positive recommendation and a family can have the home to meet their existing and future needs.

It might have taken a while to get there but it was worth it. Committee members unanimously agreed Officers recommendation to grant permission for a bespoke well designed scheme to provide 6 flats in a popular area of Brighton. IWe had to commend BHCC Officers for working with us but the proof is in the pudding as they say. Committee members and Officers agreed it was an attractive scheme and will provide quality accommodation.
Despite over 4 hrs at Committee it was worth it!! Very happy clients! More details to follow - we just have the minor matter of a s106 agreement to complete! |
