Bespoke house approved!

A resounding unanimous approval for a replacement dwelling in a Leicestershire village Conservation Area at Rutland County Council's planning committee last night!

A house design and proposal based on a collaboration of the clients, architect Louise, myself and Oliver. Although we anticipated a decision before Christmas, the effort that went into the scheme and CGI presentation material paid off in the end. 

The clients are pleased with the decision and can now get excited about their new build!
