Happy Christmas & clients

We delivered good news to clients on their applications just in time for Christmas. 

Clients in Mid Sussex have now achieved the increased size of home that they have been working on for quite a few years. From an initial approval of a small extension, then approval of a larger extension, we now have a full loft conversion.  Also thanks to the pragmatic decision making of Mid Sussex District Council and their efficiency during the process. 

Clients in Sevenoaks now have permission for the much needed competition size menage!  We hope to see her rise through the ranks when her menage is constructed and ready to use. Again, another efficient service from Sevenoaks District Council. 

And hopefully in 2015 there will be more positive decisions in the pipeline - some long awaited, others just recently submitted and others in the pipeline.
