New flats agreed for Brighton Site

It might have taken a while to get there but it was worth it. Committee members unanimously agreed Officers recommendation to grant permission for a bespoke well designed scheme to provide 6 flats in a popular area of Brighton. IWe had to commend BHCC Officers for working with us but the proof is in the pudding as they say.  Committee members and Officers agreed it was an attractive scheme and will provide quality accommodation.   

Despite over 4 hrs at Committee  it was worth it!!  Very happy clients!  More details to follow  -  we just have the minor matter of a s106 agreement to complete!
