ENFORCEMENT APPEAL ALLOWED, NOTICE QUASHED, LISTED BUILDING CONSENT GRANTED for replacement of unauthorised windows. Sadly, this Grade II* listed building succumbed to a fire in 2020. The Claremont, Eastbourne.

APPEAL ALLOWED. New wooden double glazed windows for unlisted dwelling in a Conservation Area. Eastbourne BC.

APPEAL ALLOWED. Alterations to a locally listed building in East Ham, Stratford.

PUBLIC INQUIRY DISMISSED. Acting as the Expert Heritage witness for Horsham DC,, successful defence of a housing development on grounds of harm to the setting and special interest of a historic farm grouping. Henfield.

Advising on works to a Grade II* Listed Building for the London Borough of Sutton.

QUINQUENNIAL INSPECTION. Quay Place, Ipswich - carrying out the annual inspection of this building with its hammer-beam roof.

LISTED BUILDING CONSENT GRANTED. Over 3 floors of work to bring the building to a suitable state but with alterations to provide for modern living requirements. Havant DC.
