Eimear brings over 30 years experience to the consultancy gained in both public (local government) and private sectors in the South East, London and Ireland. She is a Chartered Member of both the RTPI and IHBC and has gained a BSc(Hons) Environmental Planning, a Post Graduate Diploma in Urban Design, and a MSc in Building Conservation.

She is also a PAS / IdeA /Atlas Accredited Consultant. In 2018 she received accreditation as a Designated Service Advisor through the IHBC's recognition and service provision - Historic Environment Service Provider (HESPR) .

Her work includes cases in rural, agricultural, coastal, urban and city environments. She has a wide portfolio of experience on every day planning matters to schemes involving major residential developments, mixed use schemes, village, town and city expansion, masterplanning, townscapes, rural workers dwellings, urban design, public realm, conservation areas, historic area evolution, setting and individual listed buildings.

Due to her experience and specialisms, she adds value to projects she is engaged in providing straight-forward practical advice.

She has successfully acted for private clients and LPAs at appeal and often appearing as an Expert Witness at Public Inquiries on a wide range of topics.
